RETURN POLICY

If you purchased the product from an authorised Vissla dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.

If you purchased the product from Vissla.com, please follow these instructions:
If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used you can return it to us, at your expense, within 30 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something you'll have to return the unwanted product for a full refund. You can go back and purchase what you need. Please allow 7 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded.

To return a purchase, please follow the following instructions:
1. Find the button on the top right of our website that looks like a little person (My Account).
2. If you have an account, Login to your account, click the link to "view my orders," and select the order containing items you'd like to return.
3. If you don't have an account, find the "Track my Order" option and enter your Order ID #(WEBV-#####) and Order Email.
4. Complete and submit the online return request form.
5. Pack product with suitable packaging materials. In order to receive your refund. make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials and tags still attached. Please make sure items are neatly folded.

6. A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed. You can always ask us for help, contact our customer service team at care@visslaau.com and we'd be stoked to help you out!

*Vissla does not accept returns or exchanges on wetsuits that have been worn in the water. We ask that you please make sure the suit fits 100% correctly BEFORE getting into the water.

*Vissla reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

*All sales are final on Vissla stickers, gift cards, prints, surfboards, and books.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used, damaged, and tags are still attached, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. Vissla does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.

To return an International purchase, please follow the following instructions:
1. Find the button on the top right of our website that looks like a little person (My Account).
2. If you have an account, Login to your account, click the link to "view my orders," and select the order containing items you'd like to return.
3. If you don't have an account, select "Track Order" and enter your Web Order ID # (WEBV-#####) and Order Email.
4. Complete and submit the online return request form.
5. Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition with tags still attached, and include the original packing slip and Return Authorization paperwork.
6. Ship return via an insured shipping method with a tracking number to the following address:

Please allow 7 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded. A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited back in AU Dollars at the current exchange rate.
