The landscape has changed and we’re in uncharted waters. As we continue to press on, we want to let you know where our heads are at and what this means for us as a company.

Having a global presence gives us a large reach and for that we are incredibly thankful. However, it’s important to note that behind the handful of brick and mortar shops around the world, global online stores, and events is a tight-knit group of people that love surfing, love what we do and are doing all that we can to ensure we see the other side of this. As a small, privately-owned company, we stay afloat because of your constant support. Thank you for your continued care, interest, patience & stoke as we navigate these uncharted waters to the best of our ability. And to all of the small businesses, creators, artists, craftsmen, service-based income individuals…

In light of current events, we want to express our gratitude for our group of Creators & Innovators in particular. They’re our board builders, glassers, filmers, photographers… they make the art we hang in our home that makes it “home.” But, aside from all of that, they are our friends. They’re fathers, sons, brothers, all of which need continued support, most especially in times like these, to keep the stoke alive.

The evolutionary arc of surfing is undeniably tied to the diverse range of craftsmen in their respective workshops–– laboring over ideas and instincts that might unlock the next milestone in surf culture. Without these guys, none of us would be here. As we all make intentional decisions about businesses and people to support during this time, may we remind you to not forget about the talented individuals, surfers and surf shops that provide our daily stoke in countless forms.

Given the variety of safety measures being taken in different parts of the world, we acknowledge that not everyone can go surfing. As a light diversion from the chaos, starting this week we will be providing you with a ‘weekly dose of stoke’ on Instagram and in your inbox–– your twice weekly serving of stoke to keep spirits high & mind surfing to a maximum. Stay tuned for surf films, recommended podcasts, giveaways & playlists to listen to for whenever you’re in need of a mental vacation.
