LIAM O'BRIEN | BACKSTREET REJECT

I have been filming incessantly this year, trying to amass some quality clips to put toward a project. After recently going over what we had, I realised that there was a substantial quantity of subpar footage withering away on my Lacie 4TB hard drive. I would normally be too lazy to put said clips to task but in an age controlled by the megalomaniac, social media machine, I thought it wise to wheel out the video making machine, dust off my rudimentary editing skills and splice together a paltry offering to the algorithm gods. The result is what I entitled ‘Backstreet Reject,’ a collection of otherwise spurned clips set against the conversely titled ‘Highway Star’ by Deep purple. - LOB
